FRP Profile Extrusion Production Line

This complete production line is specially designed for manufacturing fiberglass reinforced plastic profiles for windows, doors, construction railings and industrial frames.

It adopts continuous fiberglass pultrusion & extrusion integrated technology, which ensures consistent fiber distribution, stable product size and ultra-high forming efficiency.

The whole line includes fiber feeding system, resin impregnation tank, heating curing mold, traction unit, cutting machine and automatic stacking device. It can customize cross-section, wall thickness and length of FRP profiles according to customer drawings.
